I rarely get the opportunity for a holiday outside of the quieter winter months so when I had the opportunity to travel to the Gran Canaria in the beautiful Canary Islands for a photo assignment, I jumped at the chance to extend it to make a personal holiday as well.
The 1st to the 12th of May saw me sunbathing, swimming and doing all those other things you do on holiday. Oh yes, I did do a bit of work too.
