If we thought the weather had been cold until now, the weather on Sarah and Will's wedding day (18th December 2009) showed that it could get much much colder. Mind you, it would take a lot more than cold weather to spoil everybody's enjoyment of what turned out to be a truly magnificent wedding.
Sarah's wedding dress was absolutely amazing - so elaborate and so stylish -as were those of the bridesmaid.
We started the day photographing Sarah and the girls as they made their final preparations in the bridal suite at Soughton Hall and then we travelled to Bangor-On-Dee Parish Church so we could capture the groom and his groomsmen greeting guests as they arrived for the service.
The service was amazing with Christmas carols being sung - we've never experienced that at a wedding before and it made the service extra special somehow. After some photographs at the church, we moved back to Soughton Hall where the guests were greeted with mulled wine.
