Sailing down the river...

We've just got back from a few days in very sunny Cambridge.

Cambridge has to be one of the most beautiful towns or cities in the UK and when the sun shines as it did for us, there can be none finer.

If anyone has invented a better way to relax than to sail slowly down the River Cam on a punt, sun blazing down, a glass of something cold and ever so slightly alcoholic in your hand and the only sound that of ducks and the occasional Moorhen, then I have yet to hear about it.

Back to normality today but here are a few photos of a couple of the iconic landmarks photographed during our visit.
